The crusher generally used for the plastic recycling production are mainly for plastic film, sheet and other recycled materials, input by belt conveyor. In general, it is not suggested to process large pipe with belt conveyor, because when the pipe is too long, it will easily get stuck in the entrance, and cause difficulty to crush and also waste power.
To improve this weakness, our excellence design team had designed a unique solution, which is we’ve made a liftable platform, it is hydraulic controlled, place the large pipe on the platform, tilt it and with gravitational attraction, the pipe will smoothly input to the crusher.
